Exceptional Craftsmanship for Passionate Fans
Based in the New York City area, Galactic Couture is a small, women-owned business specializing in custom cosplay across all fandoms. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and body-positive, devoted to helping everyone feel amazing in their costumes, especially folks who may have trouble finding clothing on the rack that fits their bodies and personal aesthetics. Not only will you look phenomenal, you’ll be supporting USA-based local artists paid a fair wage for their labor.

Carly brings extensive garment-industry experience from New York’s Garment District. Her background working at The Met, combined with training in art and photography, gives her a discerning eye for visual accuracy. Through long-standing and continually growing relationships with specialty vendors, Carly is often able to source the same—or exceptionally close—fabrics used on screen. Detail-oriented and resourceful, she ensures every build begins with the right materials to support both creative vision and production excellence.
